Not everything is about gin and beer!

Not only do we love do brew beer and mix and drink G&T's - we are also some big foodies!

When it comes to food we are not picky - we are both into fine dinning, gourmet and comfort food!

Using time and experimenting in the kitchen is a big passion and something we prioritise as often as possible. But we are also big fans of going out for dinner!

But as mentioned it doesn't have to be fine dinning - for example a day in January we had hot dog night! We had tons of toppings and then you could just go crazy and create your own funky hot dog creations.
Here are some of our creations:

Danish style with remoulade, ketchup, mustard,
fresh onions, fried onions and picked cucumber

Asian style with hoisin sauce, satay, chili and fried onions

Swedish style with shrimp salad!

Cucumber relish, american mustard, BBQ sauce, fresh onions and fried onions

The Stout!

Our stout is done and ready to be consumed!

When it comes to stout’s it takes quite some time before they are ready for drinking. And even though the stout is ready now it will only be better with time. So we are actually planning on saving 6 bottles for a year or so to see how the taste develops over time.

As it is now you can still taste that the stout is quite early in its flavour stages. It has a very fresh taste and still don’t have a heavy mouth feel. It is not meant to feel like drinking gasoline, but it will defiantly get some more body over time.

We added liquorice and smoked malt to the mash and that gives you a long nice aftertaste, where the smoke and the liquorice is slightly visible but not dominating.

For our first stout we are actually quite font of it and it will defiantly not be the last stout from our hands.
